哈尔滨电站集团技工学校是哈电集团下属的全资子公司，于2005年7月18日由哈尔滨锅炉厂、哈尔滨汽轮机厂、哈尔滨电机厂职业教育机构合并重组成立。 面向社会培养、培训初、中、技术工人，学校教学设备齐全、师资力量雄厚。 2005年在校学生2600人，有 电工 钳工 机加 冷作 焊接 数控 起重 锅炉、汽轮机、电机装配工。 同时承担企业员工继续教育和岗位培训工作。
